Our manufacturing process:
The highest quality maple wood is sanded until smooth then meticulously vacuumed.
Equalizer stain is applied to balance the base color of the wood.
Toner is applied to establish color uniformity.
A deep penetration stain is applied to unveil the true beauty of the natural grain.
All stained surfaces are then hand-rubbed and wiped of excess stain and set to air-dry.
Wood sealer is thoroughly applied to protect all wood surfaces.
All surfaces are hand-sanded to provide a smooth and consistent surface.
Glaze is applied by hand.
A comprehensive color consistency examination is performed with additional touch
A final protective top coat is applied to maximize resistance to scuffing, moisture,
fading, and household chemicals.
